- Combined compact kitchen and living room with refrigerator (small freezer compartment), oven with three gas rings, plates, pans, cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils, table with 4 or 5 chairs and a small convertible sofa bed.

- Small balcony overlooking street; some with views of the Delta.

- Change of bed sheets and cleaning are undertaken by Hostal Agustí.
